I may have reviewed this place before but if I could give this place 0 stars I would. They presented themselves to be a law office and they are a collection agency. I have tried to speak with them several times on many occasions being civil. Had intervention through the company who is seeking money. It’s like the only way I can speak with them and they do not Harass me is through the company. Even when I’m making payments and want to ask questions Edie Snow - always over talks me, plays victim, and threatens to hang up. I ask very direct questions to get to the point she will talk around you and purposely not provide all the information you ask. And this is from someone who is making payments. This is a very predatory company and shame to whatever company use them.
Horrible customer service . Quick to put garnishment out on accounts slow to remove. Didn't get any communication they claim to sent in October then February have garnishment put on bank account. Paid on Tuesday and was told release was set for Thursday then called Thursday to be told Monday wanting me to leave My account Negative 3000 dollars they got paid and could care less. Merideth super visor never returned my call this lawyer office should be evaluating who is working for the collection
The most unsatisfactory encounter I have ever experienced was with the representative assigned to my case, Kim. Kim displayed a lack of professionalism throughout our interaction. Despite my attempts to explain my concerns, Kim consistently interrupted me and provided unnecessary explanations. I understand that job dissatisfaction can be challenging, but it is essential to maintain a level of decorum when interacting with the public. Not even worthy of the 1 star. I hope no one else ever has to experience this level of unprofessionalism and that Kim is removed.
Whoever the customer service girl is has a horrible nasty attitude. Shame on them. This company is very unprofessional and can’t even confirm the debt they are claiming is owed.
Jason and his client are rude! Jason displayed bouts of being unprofessional and unwilling for anything. He said he was new so I understand. BUT DAAAAMNNNNN
