This company has been harassing me for years now. They have bought up a zombie debt from my capital one bank. They have taken every penny from my bank account at one point and thought I could live on zero money for the month. They have continuously charged interest over and over again even when a payment agreement has been made. Unfortunately they did not stick to their end of the bargain and are still charging interest. I’ve had a company making arrangements for me to pay back what I owe and unfortunately they are still charging interest and sending me collection letters. It’s been nothing but a sham all along. I would suggest you not get involved with these crooks.

Horrible! Started garnishing my check for a 5 yr old credit card. Didn't even give me the opportunity to work out a payment agreement. When you try calling they do not answer their phone.

I was sent to them for a credit card judgment after I was going through hard times. I was set to start making payments via their website in 9/18. Made my first payment. When to make the payment the following month but the website said my account was blocked. I called my guy Jason TWICE but he NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE OR RETURNS CALLS. I gave up and said I would just call them back when I got my tax return and get this over with. I called 4 TIMES and Jason again didn't answer the phone nor returned any of my calls. I lost my job in March due to medical reasons and started collecting unemployment and on July 31 I find out that they put a $1,500 garnishment on my bank account after taking my child support and unemployment check. How am I supposed to live and take care of my children. THIS IS INHUMANE AND THESE PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE!!!

The guy who answered the phone sounded like he was asleep or on drugs or something. Very unprofessional.
