Ron himself is very empathetic and professional, he even came to my house to meet with me because I was too injured to go to his office. nHe clarified that he assigns the cases to attorneys that work for him & they are working on better communicating to clients who their assigned attorney and staff are. nThey are working on limiting making multiple requests for the same info, records, & docs they ask from clients; and cutting down how many employees contact clients.nthe person that answers the phone sounds like they are just miserable and too good to be bothered w your needs. nThey are going to prevent misuse of people's information and took note of what happened to my info based on another client and I sharing the same last name. nWe also discussed a lot of miscommunication that occurred between the staff and myself (a client) and they are working on ensuring better clarification and more understanding.nA mistake had been made where they thought they had sent me a copy of the demand they were sending, but I never got it. They are going to prevent this from happening to anyone else in the future.nAlthough a lot of mistakes were made and there was quite a bit of miscommunication- however, Ron personally reached out to me and met with me for us to go over everything that happened. He showed that he, Justin, Mila, and Ramses really did care and were regretful that such things took place and ensured that this was a good learning experience for them.
