Jovita is thorough, very intelligent, and she listened when I spoke. I felt oddly comfortable speaking with her. I didn't feel rushed, and I felt as though she really cared about my case. Then, after consulting with her partner Ed, it all fell apart. Without either of them ever seeing me in person, I was told my case wasn't bad enough. How much more insulting can you possibly be? You didn't even see me. You can't see what the surgeon did to me over the phone. You can't see the pain in my eyes. My life is terrible and pretty much ruined. In your eyes, I'm not good enough to visit the office to show you what was done to me. True story: I was actually invited to one of your parties. I declined because of how ashamed I am of what I look like now. nI put you two in the same category as the surgeon.
