I left several messages with this firm over the course of a few weeks and never got a single call back. I was told by one receptionist that if I hadn't heard from anyone by now, "Good luck!". Thanks for making an already hard time that much more unpleasant. I've taken my business elsewhere so this elitist law firm can rest assured they'll never hear from me again.
