Searching for a lawyer to help me with my case, I was referred to Tyler Kring. He’s great, we started the case in December 2021 and my previous employer offered a settlement by March 2022. No trial just polite letters and phone conferences between he and my old employer. Tyler updated me at least once a week or whenever he had news to share. Mainly by phone or sometimes email. He listened, answered all my questions and explained things when I didn’t understand. I only worked at my previous job for a few years. Claiming lost OT wages, misclassification (since I was on a 1099) and no proper meal/breaks. After Tyler’s persistency we finally won ! Thank you so much Tyler !!
A MUST READ!! Now that I have your attention, if you’re looking for honest, respectful, very responsive help. Kring is the best person to speak to. Although my case wasn’t something he could help me with, He did give me clear direction on what to do. His advice was very respectable and appreciated.
