This law office messed my information up more times than they didn't. Spelled my name wrong on documentation, scheduled court date before paperwork was properly received by courts. Then did not notify me paperwork was not received by courts, So i drove 3 hours from where i live to come to court in manistee county. I called the evening before to ask where to meet the next morning. They then gave me the news and option of still charging me and going to court for no reason or to cancel and re schedule when paper work was received. Obviously i chose to re-schedule. We canceled court less than 24 hours in advance. I waited 5 more months from that date to get in-front of a judge. They over charged me for a client conference and Im having to file a complaint with the BBB to receive reimbursement. Finally when court came Quinn was my lawyer he showed up 3 minutes before my scheduled appearance and told me he thought it was an hour later. He said “you can thank my assistant Lexi I showed up on time.” I waited for him for 20mins in-front of court room doors and he showed up with 3 minutes to spare. He helped me win my case but it was a horrible experience up until that point. Anything that could have been messed up was. I would not recommend this law firm.

I strongly recommend hiring Mark Quinn. I had a tough case . But this guy actually worked on my behalf , not just doing the bare minimum. I genuinely felt he took the time to care about my situation and do the best he could . I hired an “ A list “ attorney from Traverse city , and essentially donated 7500$ for 6 months of nothing. The office is great and communicates extremely well . If you are ever in the unfortunate situation of needing a divorce attorney , this is the hire if you can .

Honest, transparent, resourceful and well educated in a variety of different legal situations. My parents used this firm when I was growing up, and now as an adult, I do as well.
