Hello This is Randy McBride uncle of Shaquille McBride. Per Shaquille's 3-way conversation with Esq. Cole and I, he has given me consent to handle his affairs. Shaquille has advised me of his numerous unsuccessful attempts in reaching Esq. Cole and has also advised me as to a receptionist hanging up in his face. I would like to resolve this matter ASAP. I called on 11/29/2023 as was told he was in deposition and left a message for him to return my call. I am aware that some if not all lawyers put their client's recovery into escrow and draw interest off of it for 30 days however; it has been over 30 days since Shaquille has completed said paperwork for settlement. It is imperative that I (Randy McBride) speak with Esq. Cole ASAP. Tellingly; If I don't hear from Esq. Cole by the close of business on 11/30/2023 I will be forced to take further legal actions against him as well as but not limited to, making a Bar and ethics complaint against him.
