Highly recommend the services of Kurt and Tom, whom I've been working with for the past 6 years. Sound advise and direction, very reasonable.
If I could give negative stars I would. They kept telling me things such as "Spending a little money now will likely save you much more later" however after 5 months of working with them they were never able to complete what I wanted them to do... They still kept charging me though, they seemed to run into a lot of legal problems writing my contract. Is this not a law firm for transportation? Why there were so many problems was a mystery to me. They never accurately explained to me what the problem was legally when they "ran" into one. Terrible!
They are money hungry and won't provide you with any actual service. They barley were able to help me it took 4 months of service to fix a simple problem which afterwards talking to another lawyer told me he was able to settle that in a couple hours and it would cost me a fraction of what I paid these clowns. Poor service and quality.
Very unprofessional. The paperwork they sent out was so unprofessional it seemed like a child wrote it, nothing like an actual educated attorney would write up. AGAIN very unprofessional and if I could leave a negative star I would.
The worst experience ever with Tom Koziol, he just charges you and no results. I would avoid at any circumstances.
