Called to schedule a consultation about legal issues. Never heard back from them. I'm still not sure why, but if it was a matter of not handling my type of case, a simple courtesy call saying so would have been appreciated. I can understand not accepting a client for various reasons, but you have to at least let people know so we're not waiting for a call back.

If I could leave a higher rating for Pam & her legal team I would. The absolute most flexible and helpful team and attorney I’ve ever had or dealt with. Great group of people.

I hired this company to do work for my business on collection cases and paid them thousands upon thousands and they have not completed one task. They took my money, ignore my emails trying to get updates, wont return my calls and keep sending me bills. I have not collected 1 penny as of today and some cases are over 1 year old. I also hired them to take care of a family estate. After paying them a couple thousand, the attorney that was working on the estate quit the firm. Kurt law then told me they cant handle the estate and told me to find another attorney. So after paying them, i have to hire another attorney and start from scratch.

Attorney took my case, but never communicated that he was leaving the firm til after taking my retainer. He left in the middle of my case. All he did was file paperwork. Didn't even get to go to court yet. I had to call the office several times to get only half my retainer back. They never returned any of my phone calls. They did eventually email me to come get my retainer. Unprofessional.

I was fortunate enough to have a lead lawyer there work on my case, after the initial callback lawyer realized the complexity of the case. She was able to help me out of a sticky situation that I would have put my foot in my mouth without her help, and save me from a financial burden. Thank you Pamela Kurt! I will be calling again if ever in need, and I would recommend the firm to anyone in the surrounding areas.
