I trusted Jared Edward Hammett an attorney with Kurtz and Blum law firm with protecting my best interests with my divorce. I patiently waited for months with unanswered questions, no returned communication and motions and filings he outright lied about filing. I have suffered financially and legally for over a year and paid $16,015.22 to his law firm. To date I have not received any communication about his lack of filing my divorce and had to hire a new attorney.

I give this law firm a two star, not because of their work, because of their lack of respect for other peoples time. I had an appointment this morning for 10:30am, arrived for my appointment and there is no Lawyer on premise! The lack of respect for another’s time should be taken serious. Otherwise, there’s simply no point in making an appointment. Also, when I arrived at their office I was simply asked if I wanted to reschedule ????. I would highly recommend NOT utilizing this company’s services (but, even if you make an appointment, you probably still won’t get to utilize their services )!

They handled my speeding ticket and got the result I was hoping for. Everyone from the office was very responsive and courteous. I would happily recommend Kurtz & Blum to anyone needing legal assistance in their area of practice.

Mr. Kurtz words can’t even explain how truly grateful me and my family are having you represent me through the darkest time of my life. It was a stressful criminal defense case but you and your team stuck right by my side the entire time and worked miracles. At times I thought it would be easier to give up you and your staff didn’t you gave me motivation to keep fighting and to keep my head held high. I was represented by Kurtz and Blum attorney named Mr. Berry. He met me in court and presented my options given by the DA. He laid out the potential consequences, and pros and cons for each option. He explained his position on the case and I felt encouraged to have a trial. We decided to forego the DA's offers and try the case. During our meetings, Mr. Berry worked to make sure he understood the facts of the case and that I felt "heard." I appreciated his patience and explanations of all questions, we explained things in a way I could understand. In the end, we did not use his legal argument, due to dismissal, so I cannot speak to trial performance, but I was pleased with my experience with Mr. Berry. Otherwise, the law firm staff was helpful, courteous, prompt, and professional.
