Hello fellow seekers, I was contacted by this law firm after being referred by another title searcher. I told her it was a tax deed property but wanted to get a title search done to make sure no other issues were connected with the land. She told me alittle about tax deed property's and asked me to speak with the seller if they already filed a quiet title in court. After leaving 1 message a day for 3 days, its apparent now that she isnt interested in performing the title search.
