I went to this location on the clock because my job was in need of a new printer. As soon as I walked in an associate named Vicki was by the door was not very friendly looking didn't even smile. I proceeded to walk towards her with a smile and politely stated that I had a quick question just to see if they had this printer available. Before I even got to state anything she just said "over there" I said thank you I was walking over she then continued and said you have to sign in for print and copy. I told her that's not what I'm looking for she then said very rudely"well just go over there anyway." I've worked in retail and I'm in hospitality right at the moment and I'm pretty sure that's not how you take care of customers that this company needs to make money. I will not step foot in this location again. Horrible customer service.

I had help finding what I needed with in moments of entering the store. I was in an out in like 10min. Very helpful staff!

Helpful staff and good sale prices!

Slow service, associates will tell you to go to self service copy machine for faster service but in actuality you need their login info. There were multiple employees but no one assist you at all! I felt like I was in Walmart at 2am with 1 cashier! I decided to leave an go to STAPLES! And with only 1 employee there and 4 customers I was in and out in 5mins! Never ever will I go there to make a copy of anything! 2 thumbs DOWN!
