If you are a healthcare provider treating a client represented by Mr. Oliver Shindler, beware! They will ask for a settlement reduction without providing the reason why. When pressed, they will adjudicate your lien causing you to hire an attorney to argue this in court. Of course, the judge ruled in my favor because of the Illinois Healthcare Services Lien Act. This is nothing more than a money grab by Mr. Shindler. Check to see who is representing your patient, if it is Oliver Shindler, use caution. You are gaining an unhealthy reputation at such an early time in your career Mr. Shindler !

Three months before our wedding, we were on our way to church when we were in a very bad car accident. I sustained several crush injuries to my face, hand, arm etc. We were also building a house at the time. After weeks of physical therapy, I was in tremendous pain, my husband thought it would cheer me up to go furniture shopping, so we did.
