Scambags!!!! We have some properties in Poinciana, and our HOA payments are regularly made in Autopay via First Service. However, this lawyering company keeps blocking our properties on the First Service website, declaring we are in debt unreasonably. Subsequently, we receive welcoming letters saying we owe assessment, fees, interest, and costs, never less than $500,00. This has been going on for months, and they block a different property each month. If you try calling First Service, they say there is nothing they can do after Larsen Slaten intervenes. We are tired of involving our lawyers in this endless game of loss and will take action to report this company to the authorities.

Bad service. I know it's my problem, but they shouldn't treat me like garbage. I called for payment options and it turned out that they are the ones who were offended. It's easier to be a more humble and dedicated human being, not aggressive because I'm taking money. And they shouldn't act like victims.

my main concern is staffing , why is the receptionist away from her desk the whole point is to be at your desk to take calls. the staff needs more training on what their roles are so far not liking my experience most law firms are responsive and get straight to the point .

Poor Customer Service & Professionalism I was directed by the Condo Association that I am a part of, to this Law firm, that is representing the Association. Simply, in effort to asking a legal question and in hopes to getting an answer. However, from April 3-15, 2024, I had called this office, spoke to a receptionist, left voice messages, and emails directly Mr Eldredge, who I had confirmed was the correct Attorney involved here. No reply nor response back was ever received. For whatever reason, this action or lack of, shows and continues to confirm the poor Customer service and lack of Professionalism here.

Very shady law office who sends things to the wrong address on purpose. I would give less stars if I could. I bought a property in this Damned HOA as an investment property. While the house was in renovations they sent a letter to the house (Vacant). 6 months later sent it to collections and Larsen Slaten Law Firm. I never received one piece of mail from them. I found out because I finally contacted the HOA after many failed attempts to pay 2024 HOA Dues. Found out I got a lien on my property. Be careful and don't hire these guys. They threaten foreclosure and don't respond. No a surprise to see all these bad reviews. All they had to do was send something to my address, call or email but they chose to do things in a very unprofessional manor. I would expect more from a Law Firm.. Well at least a reputable one which this one clearly is not.
