Had "Larry" come out to do an inspection that we needed for purchasing our home. He seemed overwhelmed and not very confident. Waited several days for him to get back to us with the estimate. Our lender ended up having to contact him. The response we got was "I'm too busy to write a report or do the job!" Thanks! Absolutely worthless! Now we have to have someone else come out and do the inspection and make sure they can handle the job. Do not do inspections if you know you are not going to be able to do the job! Wasted your time as well as mine!
