I was a client of Ed Latour from 1985 until my father's death in 2013 to my last case that ended in 2015. I have been through a lot with the Latour PA. I highly recommend for anyone to stay away. The last case I was involved in was a home owners case in the state of Florida for a citizens insurance case that went to the applet Court that 4 Judges decided on. I received no compensation for damages to my health. But Ed Latour told me at the beginning of the case we would split everything evenly through attorney's time. Basically my family would still get 60% and he would get 40% . But that never happened Ed took all the attorneys fees of close to 3000+ hours for over 9 years of service and left. Us only $165,000 and not enough money to fix the home or are health's issues. Basically Ed Latour took over 1.3 million dollars for attorneys fees and we got nothing but $165,000. I had refuse to sign any documents to release the liability to the case because this was unfair for an attorney to do to me. Latour and associates have harmed me today because of my health issues and there greedy ness to exploit money from me and my family. The case is Makryllos vs Citizens insurance. You can Google search it. Latour and associates should not be able to represent anyone in the state of Florida just for their so purposes to mislead their clients as it is inappropriate for an attorney conduct and selfish ness. If you ever sit in there office and waiting watch the clients walking out and see if they smile or are sad in what the attorneys have told them. A client that does not smile is a unhappy client and you should seek another attorney immediately. Take it from a past client that Ed Latour made over 4.5 million off of and still suffering. So, Latour and associates is only thinking for themselves and does not care for the people only for the money that they can get in there bank accounts. Stay the F*** away or feel the disappointment as an ex client like me. And expect the lies and betrayal.

Ed is a personable professional who helped me with my case back in 2012. No doubt, he was on my side 100%. He got a claim for me within a few months and got some of my medical bills discounted, resulting in refund checks.
