Bob and Edwin are a pleasure to work with. They provided excellent services for our patent and trademark transactions. Thank you for your knowledge and expertise, Highly recommended!
I know Robert Lauso for more then fifteen years, he is a excellent and professional Lawyer, very honest and very much knowledge about the job he dose, I will recommend 100% , he did my trade mark for one of my product , Robert very nice with clients , in the way he work he make you feel you can trust him .
I have been a client of Bob Lauson's for nearly one year and have really appreciated his expertise. I am starting a very small business out of my home, and went back and forth (with myself) trying to decide whether or not to pursue trademarking my name, logo, and symbol all on my own (to save cost) or with the guidance of an attorney. I decided to go with Bob Lauson after talking with him. Keep in mind, any attorney may be costly (you are paying for their knowledge/experience), but to me it was worth the peace of mind. Starting a business, I have had to wear a lot of different hats - but it has been great to effortlessly and confidently trust Bob and Alicia (et al) with handling the trademark legalities.
I worked for Mr. Lauson back in 2013 for 6 months as a front desk receptionist, AND Legal Secretary and handled all his office, and legal needs. Even though i was only a few months away from completing a paralegal certificate at that time, i was extremely under paid and over worked, and was told it was because he didn't want to give me a specific 'job title' so as to have 'regular reviews' on, so he instead chose to name my position, (along with the only other staff member there who was female) as his 'assistant' which required us to do any and everything he asked; both personally and professionally. He is the worst boss, and company attorney I've ever come across, and myself and the other gal quit at the same time, because he began to say he was going to 'withhold' our bi-weekly paychecks that came in, and pay us only once a month, but the check would be for only ONE week's worth of work. I reported him to the Employment Development Board, who quickly handled that matter, but Mr. Lauson is not a legitimate person, let alone boss, or attorney to work with, or for.
Mr. Lauson was able to secure trademarks for my small business. He was even able to successfully appeal an initial rejection from the Patent & Trademark Office for one of them! I have recommended him to other small business owners and they have been extremely satisfied - as was I.
