I cannot thank Mr. Farr and his staff enough for their excellent job assisting me manage and protect my mother's assets. He and his staff have been responsive, supportive, and caring. Not only did you get the Maryland Guardianship and Conservatorship transferred from Maryland to Virginia, requiring going to court twice in Maryland and twice in Virginia, but you also got the court in Virginia to allow us to do the Medicaid Planning we so drastically needed. And then, most importantly and just as you promised, you were able to protect all of the hard-earned assets accumulated by my parents over their 50+ years of marriage so that my father has now retained all of his assets to live on for the rest of his life, and you got my mother on Medicaid the first time you applied, just as you said you would.
