Law Ofc Darryl W Genis

In December I was pulled over turning into my community for "expired registration" even though it wasn't but because I am from Nevada our registration sticker is different and the cop thought it was expired. Long story short, because I am under 21 the cop gave me a DUI for .02%. I am a college student who works full time, I know I should't have even had a sip of anything and drive but it happened. I was freaking out because I didn't want my parents to find out and I just wanted to take care of everything myself. I researched all lawyers in Santa Barbara, and Mr. Genis was the ONLY one that wanted to meet me in person. As soon as I met him and we talked, I knew he was the one. He was so caring and generous , he let me know that nothing is 100% but he will do everything he can to help me not loose my license. Through out the whole process Mr. Genis and his assistance have been keeping me informed with everything that is happening with my case. They always reply so quickly, and I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer. In the end three months later, Mr. Genis won my case, and I was found not guilty. I can't thank Mr. Genis and his team enough for helping me go through this terrible thing and that I can finally put it all in my past and move on. If something like this happened to you, seriously just call Mr. Genis go see him for yourself and you will see how wonderful he is. He TRULY cares about his clients, and he will go above and beyond for you.
