Bernheim and his staff has been a shining example of hope for myself and my family. I've been going back and forth to court since 2015 for child custody and spending a lot of money with other attorneys that did not find a good solution for my situation. Petitioner was saying false accusations that you wouldn't even imagined towards me and my relatives. Mr. Bernheim finally put a stop to it. He charged Petitioner with violating family code section 3027.5 (which the judge had to look that up because Mr. Bernheim had a better understanding of the law than him). My family and I were satisfy with the outcome that Mr. Bernheim pursued. It is finally over. I will never have nightmares of ever going to court over and over again. Would not go back again. I was going through a horrible child custody battle and unfortunately Mr Fernando didn't do anything for me. I paid him over 3000 but did not achieve anything.
