This man sat next to my father, in an emergency room, and changed his trust to take his trust money. He additionally is known by the local law enforcement as a person of interest in another money scam with another elderly person. Do not let your elderly parents get taken by this scam artist

-- F service; My father knew this man for 20 years or so and then when his wife dies and he is in the emergency room he takes advantage of my father. He tries to acquire my fathers complete estate and then locks me out of my fathers home. He also charges too much for services rendered and he charges it in advance. If I could get this man arrested for elder abuse and grand theft I would. I am also aware if additional people being taken advantage of as well. He should loss his license and go to jail.
