My prek-3 year old daughter loves it here . When I would ask her who her best friends are she would say my teachers my teacher ! They do have great teachers and administrators trying there hardest to take care and teach our toodlers not only what they should be learning at school but even things they should be knowing and learning at home. I do believe as parents we should do better with helping out the Teachers and staff at the school by educating ourselves and really communicating with our toddlers on correcting bad behavior and simpler tasks at home before putting them in a school Where teachers deserve more from us as parents and they are doing their best everyday .

My daughter just started in this head start amd she loves it! But it is pretty disappointing that ive had signed her up like 2-3 months ago. I would call to get updates the social worker who helped me enroll her gave me her phone number to call her if i had questions she only amswered me twice and after she always sent me straight to voice-mail even when the receptionist would transfer me to her she would just send me to voice-mail. On November i called to get an update on my daughters application since all they needed was an authorisation from the main office since they already had a class for her and everything and thatbwas tje last step, the lady informed me that they were still waiting on the authorization. Now we're on January i. Called two days ago and they told me that my daughter was already authorized amd supposed to have started since November but i never received a call and when I called they said we were still waiting on the authorization! I was also told that i would've gotten the call on the same week that i enrolled her! The school is amazing but the registration and office is very unorganized!. I dont like to complain and im a very understanding person but 2-3 months is a long time and not receiving a call to let me know she could've started since November sje missed a whole month or two and i had to be the one to call to get the update. But other then thay my daughter loves her teacher is always excited to go in but very sad to leave!

Worst Head start ever. Very disorganized. They have already lost two jackets and we are not even a month in school. Plus, to get a hold of someone is ridiculous. Thet do not take anything serious. Very angry parent who is starting to not TRUST THIS HEAD START WITH MY CHILD!!!

Love the teachers my son has, but can NEVER get a hold of the office unless they contact me. I'm really irritated that no one there knows how to pick up a phone. ????
