This woman is no joke. She’s kind and that made me worry about her as a lawyer. Boy was I wrong. That woman makes NO friends in the courtroom. She was 100% in my corner like a rabid pit bull. She is awesome! She’s smoking hot too, so that’s nice.

Jessica came highly recommended to me from a personal acquaintance. In the midst of the custody battle over my son, she was kind and patient with my emotional state, yet strong and assertive in the courtroom. She suggested solid advice on how to proceed with each obstacle thrown my way, and always delivered realistic legal advice. She has always delivered and hasn't let me down once. Even to this day, if ever I have any doubts or legal questions, she always listens and gives her rational and sound advice on the issue at hand. I will continue to suggest her to anyone I know that needs legal advice within her legal expertise, because I trusted her with the fate of mine and my son's future, and she did not disappoint!

Worked with her during a divorce several years ago, and she seemed fine. However, several loose ends were left post-divorce, and she had no interest in helping to resolve. Recently called her on changing post-divorce agreement as the ex had remarried, she again had little interest as she was going on vacation. A simple statement of saying she would gladly see me upon return would have been nice/professional, however, she basically said see someone else if you are in a hurry, which I wasn't as its been 6 years....

Our experience was that Jessica had little compassion, empathy or patience. Her behavior was unprofessional, particularly given that she knew that a member of our family recently passed, and that my wife had just returned home from the ICU after suffering a ruptured brain aneurysm and craniotomy. Two other attorneys we worked with in Kentucky for the same case were on the opposite end of the spectrum, demonstrating sound professionalism and personable care.

She is an aggressive attorney from straight after taking her BAR Exam until the present Mrs Flinn was eager to make a name and hungary for clientele... I hired her 10 years ago and again sought out to hire her for a new issue I'm motioning thru the courts currently! She is vocal and makes her mark on any case she touches! Seems as humble today as she was 10 years ago whenever she was fresh outta Vermont Law School
