This firm is one of the best estate planning law firms in the Lancaster area. Mr. Von Tungeln is extremely professional, kind, and great at what he does. He's got an amazing staff to support him. Additionally, this law firm has an affiliated financial planning firm so you can get both things done under one roof (and coordinated together). I highly recommend this firm to anyone that needs help protecting their assets and loved ones.

I contacted this firm for probate assistance on a trust three times and they have consistently told me they are unable to assist when it was in deed there firm that set up the trust account. Now I have to hire another probate and estates attorney to assist with seizing my trust and filing against this firm for not providing any information on the trust itself as well.

I had my eighty (80) year old mother go in to discuss a trust with Mr. Thompson. He sat there and asked her questions for one (1) hour. When he was completed he requested a $200.00 fee. This was paid and after the check was cleared he refused to work on our request after the check cleared. I have left several messages on his voice mail without any response. Every time I call the representatives put me on hold and then transfer me to his voice mail. Does not have the decency to respond or reply. Not recommended and not willing to reply.

I wrote a review a couple of years ago and it wasn't flattering. Looks like it has been erased so be aware that bad reviews seem to mysteriously disappear over time.
