I'm out and started and I called to discuss a complex situation I'm in. Tim was very condescending and rude over the phone. He charged me $100 for the initial consultation and we talked for maybe ten minutes. He was quick to get off the phone and refused to discuss future steps of how we would handle the situation beyond his initial recommendation of what he told me to do. The information he did give me was the opposite of what 6 different lawyers and agencies have told me. When I consulted with my lawyer afterward (in the state I'm in), his response was that he didn't know why he told me those things because they aren't true. I feel robbed. That was such a waste of money!! Don't waste your time taking to Tim. I will never pay a lawyer for a first phone conversation again. That is now a huge red flag for me that they just want my money and don't actually care to help me with my case.

Tim was incredible with my personal injury case. I knew nothing about the process I became involved in, yet he kept me informed and comfortable along the way. I can’t thank him or his assistant, Myra, enough for all of their hard work!

We retained him so my husband could adopt our son. He and his assistant Myra were amazing! They took care of everything and were prompt and so kind. They explained everything and kept us updated every step of the way. By the time we got to the judge everything was in order to the point we were only in the room for 10 minutes at most.
