Although Mr Carbone was not able to represent us do to conflict of interest ,he let us know with the upmost respect. His staff was always professional and responsive. We met with him on the free consultation and he was positive and professional. We are sad it did not work out,but are confident that if we need his service in the future we will hire him. After getting myself into quite a mess with the courts (taking bad advise from another lawyer I had hired) I hired Mr Carbone. It took some time, but he was able to get everything turned around for me. His staff was great, Bobby always answered my questions and put my mind at ease when I got nervous about where my case was going. And Reina (his paralegal) did an amazing job putting together my final paperwork. Mr Carbone is very quick on his feet in the courtroom... he's very knowledgeable of the laws surrounding family law and will fight for what's right for your child. I wish I would have hired him sooner!

A very good friend hired this guy for her divorce. Her husband was a griftor who conned her out of nearly $200K to fund his "mover and shaker" lifestyle Bakersfield is known for. Instead, this attorney played her for every last penny she had to just give her a disgustly lacklustre performance as an attorney. Sad excuse for a lawyer.

This guy makes you fill like he can do something for you. His staff I can honestly say they are on top of it. This guy did nothing for me never finished anything, matter of fact I just owed him more money and he never settled anything for me thanks to him I'll never even get a lawyer again what a waste. He was suppose to finish my divorce and a restraining order but nothing ever settled I just owe them more money. And then when I had a credit they didn't even call me to tell me. I had to call these guys and find out if I had a credit left and I did and they never even told me about it months later i called and i was had 500 dollars left and they never caalled me. The people that work for him are on there job as far as Robert C not worth ur time I spent 7500 dollars to finish nothing that I could have done myself. What it was is that he wanted to make more money of other cases cause I already paid him so he gave up on my case. If you want to waste your money go head try him, honestly you are better of doing it your self and it's way less expensive.
