Extremely unprofessional. We had an appointment with them and they didn’t have anyone available to help us so they tried to make us talk to someone else who wasn’t even a lawyer saying that she had 15 years so it was okay to talk to them. Keep in mind we paid for this appointment with a lawyer not anyone else so we rescheduled when this supposed lawyer called they gave us wrong information reason I say this is because I contacted another lawyer who had the right information and he told us another path to what we wanted. The lady that told us to speak to her because she was there for 15 years made me feel so uncomfortable. After the lawyer called he was extremely rude to us kept cutting us off when we were trying to explain the situation lacked empathy. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed. Would not recommend.

We drove all the way from Orange County, and it was worth it. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Attorney Rivas was the same. He made us feel at ease with the whole process. No questions were left unanswered. I would do it all over again if I had to. The location was easy to find, secured, and very clean.
