I hired b Brian to help me in a previous bankruptsy case.. I hired him as someone to help me with paying off a debt and lien. He suggested I reopen the bankruptsy..I paid him a 1,000 retainer, he reveiwed my case and decided said it wasn't possible to do what he suggested. then told me he charged 350.00 an hour and I had used up the $1000.00. Very unhappy with his communication, and services and very shocked that I lost 1000,00 dollars and received nothing! So guess I will seed him in small claims court!
