He is rude. Just horrid because of his words and actions towards others. He will charge you, oh he will for inattentive service and then argue about the fact that said unattended issues are not valid, i would sign any legal document stating this. He is pardon my French...nn A Complete dick and needs to be reviewed by the board of directors or what have you. This cant be left unnoticed and if it it continues, your justice system is highly flawed.
