Law Office Of Allen B. Angst

Shortly after being assigned to Mr.Angst, I contacted him after a few court dates to let him know that I felt he was misrepresenting me and that I would asked for another attorney. Allen tried to get really rude and I had to aggressively curse him out. He was never prepared for court. I took a plea when I wasn’t guilty to get passed him and the back forth to court. Right before signing my plea Allen went missing in action and after contacting him for almost two weeks, he replied in a email that only said “I would be assigned a new attorney.” So unprofessional. I should have known better from seeing how unprepared he was with his other clients. None of his past clients had anything positive to say about him. It is embarrassing that Junction City allows him to practice the law in this county.

I literally had to call the courts to get him to answer my calls during my whole proceedings. He waits til the day before to call you then get in court and act like he's been in contact with you the whole way. If you get assigned to him please ask to be reassigned.

Called this dude every day for 98 days while incarcerated, saw him for my initial meeting then he answered a call finally after numerous voicemails, notarized letters to the judge requesting a new attorney with a log of every call...he's a nightmare....his response after ignoring me for 3 months was " oh man you been there how long? Let's get your court date moved up" and I was out 3 days later

If I could put 0 stars I would. He never returns phone calls and makes it impossible for his clients to reach him
