I have had the pleasure of working with David Munday over the past year with a delicate real estate situation. David was pleasant to deal with at all times, extremely helpful with the advice he provided, took the time to explain anything I was unsure of. He answered my emails as quickly as possible and always guided me in a direction that was in my best interest. The guidance and advice he provided throughout the process was greatly appreciated.

Shockingly bad service. Response time for simple requests is deplorable. Considering the nature of their work, this is unacceptable. To be clear - my parents are customers of yours and both myself and my father have repeatedly contacted the firm over the last several months with dismal response about pressing matters

I have dealt with David Munday for over 10 years now. I have found him to always be extremely capable professionally, but more than that, he is always pleasant, and very kind. He is very approachable and helpful. His staff are also equally pleasant to deal with. I recently completed a trasnsaction through David, everything went so quickly and smoothly. David went above and beyond duty and I am very grateful.

This firm took over on Black & Black in Kingston. I had minimal to no support from them after my house was sold and paperwork was done and paid for. Customer service is horrible as they do not answer emails and do not follow up with customer. If you have to spend money for a law firm service, spend it elsewhere. I do not recommend.

David Munday and his legal clerk Marlene were a pleasure to deal with. He has represented us on our 4 real estate transactions over the last two years. We've dealt with three other firms in the past and he is by far the most professional. He gives sound advice, thorough information, and quick turnaround times. We had a bit of a unique situation and he made us feel at ease even though we had a quick closing date. We would highly recommend him and this firm for all of your commercial and residential real estate needs.
