Just one example...In butte county I saw Benjamin go to jury trial on a .17 DUI and the jury hung without convicting his client. The district attorney subsequently dismissed all criminal charges for Mr. Scarfe's client!

Get a public attorney. They'll do a better job, wish I didn't think out of fear and with some common sense at the time. Edit: You shouldn't be surprised. I was okay with the out come of the case. What I wasn't happy with was you not showing up to court. If I remember correctly you had told me I didn't have court but I did, I double checked. You then proceeded to tell me not to text you and to leave you alone. I was left out to dry at the court house. Very unprofessional and I looked like a fool when the judge asked me where you where at. The judge was very nice and said not to worry she would get a hold of you since you didn't find it necessary to show up, her words not mine. Then you proceeded to text me after that, to get ahold of random attorney's that did show up. I hired you not them and I should of asked for a refund after that in all honesty.

Very hard working defends his clients until proven innocent . The Butte county sheriff's and bin tin or what ever they are called. Are corrupt may they be defunded. Ben was ready to go to trial but they reduced my charge. Thank you ben.

Benjamin spent lots of time and effort on my case. He is honest to his clients and doesnt make promises that he can't keep. He fought an uphill battle for my case and came out with a result that I am very pleased with.

Horrible services and dont show up to court. They want to steal your money and not help your cases. They have people fill in for them alot and when they are there they are late . Very very bad lawyer services.
