I hired Brian H Mallonee when I found myself accused of a first offense misdemeanor traffic violation- the first of any violation ever in my 56 year life. His fee was $5,000. He informed me that if plead ‘Not Guilty,’ he could not keep me from being sent to jail, that it would be in my best interest to plea ‘No Contest’ to the charge. Having no experience with the police, court system or attorneys, I trusted him. One single misdemeanor traffic violation would get me guaranteed jail time because he isn’t bright enough to keep me out? Goodness! I hope you’re not accused of a criminal offense and seeking help! Please note, his website boasts of his clients’ stories being told, of charges being dropped, etc. Mr Mallonee wouldn’t even hear my story himself much less share it in the courtroom. This is this is my second review on Brian Mallonee. The first time, he threatened me with a $35,000 lawsuit if I did not delete it, so I deleted it, and am rewriting it with additional information for you. I wouldn’t trust this man with anything. I have evidence of all of my statements, my words are all true and correct or are based on my opinion following hiring the Law Office of Brian H Mallonee. If I could score lower, I would. It’s interesting that ALL of his reviews are 5 stars except mine. I am curious about their authenticity particularly after his threat.

Words can't express the gratitude I have in my heart for Heather, Cassandra and most of all Brian Mallonee.
