Not every lawyer is the same and not every lawyer is going to fight your case the same. While I would have liked some judgements to be different, I feel Brian did a great job considering the case he was handed. The ladies in his office are very nice & knowledgeable on the laws & process of court. He's a fair priced divorce lawyer, that I would recommend.

This particular attorney is currently suspended. You can look up his disciplinary action files. Do not ever hire this attorney. You’ll get little to no communication. He will be late on every filing. He will cost you more money. He will be rude. His secretary will be extremely rude. So if you want to waste your time and your money and lose your case go ahead. If you want someone to take you seriously and do a good job for the thousands of dollars she will spend higher someone else!

Brian represented me in a complicated divorce/custody case that went to a 3 day trial and ended in a judge's ruling of 20+ pages. This case was taxing and stressful. It lasted a little over a year, which is not unusual for a contested divorce/custody case. Brian and his staff held my hand through it all. They provided me excellent service, and I was extremely pleased with the outcome.

I have used Brian for a few different occasions over the last 13 years. He helped succeed in my divorce 13 years ago! In 2019 My ex husband got temporary custody of the children after making se real false allegations and Brian helped me to get them back! Sometimes you have to stay on him to get answers, but ont only because he stays busy! And to top it off he is very affordable Thank you Brian, Susan, and Laura for all your hard work!

Brian was very understanding during a difficult time, which made working with him a pleasure. He did not complain or charge more after going back and forth, writing up four separate agreements and postponing court for months. I would 100% recommend using him!
