I was arrested at the end of Sept, I hired Chris as my attorney in October. My goal was to get it completely off of my record, for a number of reasons, but the largest being I didn't feel I should have been arrested given the circumstances around my arrest. Chris was very straight forward, knowledgeable and understanding about it and I knew going in, it would be difficult. Lynette, his paralegal is very compassionate, very caring and sweet and she talked my nerves down at the first court hearing - the only time I was actually in court to be exact. Melissa, another woman in his office, was also very sweet and caring and would always start small talk to distract me from everything going on. January 2021, Chris called me and said that the case was completely dismissed and it was over, like it never happened. Most of these cases get drug out over a year or in some cases, longer and in 3 months, seeing the inside of a court room once. The case was closed. I would definitely hire Chris again, if needed and will recommend him to anyone in need.
I hired Mr.Doty for 2 cases. An accident and my divorce. An accident I was involved in, he was very honest and always fought for me, until I got everything I was entitled too. And with my divorce, he was very caring and made the process go very smoothly.
