Crystal lied to my family numerous times. She took a tremendous amount of money and nothing was done. I am going to take my issues to King County Mediation but there are really great Attorneys out there for far less price and far more ethics.

I came to her asking for help from the very beginning explaining to her my situation with my new business, She wasted a lot of time meeting with me twice to tell me she would then be moving forward with my case. Nothing on my was done after another two months and then she wanted to meet again. She took my deposit and did no work on my case and would not return my phone calls.

I went to this lawyer a year ago as a plaintiff with a case that had a signed contract between me and a company where the owner of the company breached the contract and did not pay me any money that was owed to me I paid the attorney the deposit required and she took the case i had all the evidence for breach i gave her all documents to prove breach she kept dragon on with the case she set up appointments that took some times 4-5 hours in her office at $250 an hour. i found myself stuck did not know what to do and racking up charges with out any results. i trusted her at first but than i started questioning my self she asked for more money i gave her more money finally i could not pay any more especially when i saw that the case was going the defendant"s way, i felt like my lawyer did not pay attention or studied the case every time we meet she will ask me about evidence that i have already giving her and when she goes back to her file she will find what she told me to get. the defendant did not have nothing to prove his case my lawyer kept asking me for more evidence finally she told me since i am not paying her that it was best to just settle the case also she made the remark that the defendant"s attorney was very powerful. once i heard that from her i lost interest and felt like if i am hearing this from my attorney that proved to me that she was not very confident and that made me feel like i was the defendant when i was the plaintiff suing the company that breach it the contract she pushed for settlement and took the settlement money As money owed to her. when i was looking for a lawyer I should have looked in closely to the reviews.. my observation is that this attorney lacks confidence.. I wasted a whole year for a case that i thought i should win i end up loosing $6000 and came out with nothing so be careful when picking up an attorney ask questions do not just jump in.

Wonderful Attorny! Pays attention to great detail. Aggressive when needed and treats her clients as a client. Overall Ruthford is a great Attorny that receives excellent results.
