Reviews

Mr. Plonsky represented me for my divorce. Mr. Plonsky took on the challenge of coming on as my lawyer in the middle of my case as the lawyer that I had previously was not doing their job. Mr. Plonsky was very professional and always accommodating with scheduling appointments that worked with my schedule. I always felt like he listened to me and what I truly wanted and then gave me the best advice to help protect not only me but my children as well. My family liked how Mr. Plonsky ran his office and hired him as well for my mother's power of attorney before she passed. Mr. Plonsky was so kind to my mother he came to the hospital to see her and help her make all the right decisions and made her feel protected and secure. I have never met a lawyer that would come to a hospital or meet somewhere other than their office. Never met a lawyer that actually listened to what you wanted and then fought for it. I will never use another attorney no matter what. Once you find the best you stick with that and I know from experience he is the best!

Mr. Plonsky is very knowledgeable, understanding, and accommodating in all my lawyer needs. I would highly recommend Mr. Plonsky for any lawyer needs. I will not use another Lawyer again. I appreciate all his hard work and determination on any case or matter I bring to him.

I made an appointment with Daniel Plonsky for 10:00 am on Monday May 8, 2017. The purpose of the appointment was to discuss a prenuptial agreement. I had confirmed the time and place of the meeting by phone call with Daniel on Thursday May 4 I arrived at his Beneva Road office at 9:45 am and found the front door locked and nobody inside. I called his office phone number and spoke with someone (obviously at a remote location) who confirmed the time of my meeting and its location She seemed surprised that he was not in the office and rolled me over to Daniel's voicemail. I identified myself, reminded him of our appointment, told him I was standing outside in front of his locked office, and asked him to call me to let me know if we could still meet today. By 10:30 am my phone never rang and Daniel never arrived. Disgusted with the time I had wasted I called his office number again, identified myself, said that it was 30 minutes past the agreed to appointment time and that I was tired of waiting. I then asked the receptionist to send me a bill for whatever time he had invested on the prenuptial agreement and that I was going to contact another attorney who might actually show up for an appointment. I took a picture of my watch with his office door in the background as evidence of waiting 30 minutes past the appointment time. I wish I could figure out how to upload that image to this review. I also wish I could bill him at his hourly rate for the time I wasted waiting outside his locked office door wondering if Daniel Plonsky would ever show up
