Would recommend Guttmann & Kellner to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Have not yet used this firm for other matters, but will be the first one I call when I have a need! Always easy to reach either of these attorneys, which is greatly appreciated.

Dan has worked with my family and I on a home purchase in the Catskill region. We closed right around the holiday season (end of December) with no issues.
