Merker & McDonald are the biggest crooks in the family court system today. These 2 are the most awful human beings I have ever encountered. They care nothing of who they hurt. It makes no difference if kids come in to play. Don't ever hire these people if you ever want to have a relationship with your kids in the future. They are lucky that someone hasn't taken them out as of yet.
