My review for David E. Moore, a GREAT attorney Good lawyers care about their clients while great lawyers invest loyalty in their clients. This makes great lawyers more than just capable. They actually own their clients' problems and do whatever is in their power to solve those problems. Good lawyers get back to you promptly and are pretty much readily available. However, great attorneys make your phone ring. There is an added peace of mind when your lawyer is calling you and it’s not always the other way around. Knowledge A good lawyer will be well-versed in the specifics of the law, but great lawyers take that knowledge and bring it to life. That means understanding how to use that knowledge to bring success to each individual client. Professionalism Good lawyers will treat their clients with a high level of professionalism, but great lawyers that that to another level. That professionalism extends to identifying the specific needs and styles of each client. That allows a great lawyer to cater directly to each and every client. Delivery A good lawyer will work hard to deliver any promises that are made to clients. However, great lawyers do exactly what they say will do. Great lawyers deliver on their word while good lawyers merely attempt to deliver on their promises. Comfortability A good attorney proves to be comfortable in most settings, whereas a great lawyer is always confident. However, that confidence should not be confused with arrogance. And it is that confidence that allows great lawyers to become a presence in a roomful of people and not just someone who is in attendance. Investment Good lawyers care about their clients while great lawyers invest loyalty in their clients. This makes great lawyers more than just capable. They actually own their clients’ problems and do whatever is in their power to solve those problems. Value Lawyer fees are not always cheap and a good lawyer will work for clients efficiently. They will do what is required of them. Great lawyers come up with ways to add value to their already efficient service. Clients then actually receive more than they paid for with a great lawyer. Conclusion David E. Moore, again is a great attorney. He is knowledgeable, efficient and takes care of his clients with the highest level of professionalism. He has been extremely helpful to me and others in my family. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a class act attorney. Mr. Moore is straight forward and to the point, there will be no question as to what he will do for you and I very much appreciate his directness and his commitment to the case he represented me in . I learned quickly that his services are priceless, legal issues can affect the rest of your life, Mr. Moore understands this and I am forever grateful for his service to me. He gets my 5 star rating. Do yourself a favor and choose Mr. Moored, he forever has my respect and loyalty, I recommend him to my closest friends and family and I will continue to do so as long as he is available.
Contrary to the one star review below David Moore is by far the best attorney in all of the surrounding countries. I have in fact been represented by Mr Moore, court appointed, and I was treated with respect and was fully informed about what I was up against. David is very direct as he should be seeing as his job isn't to be my friend it is to represent me. I'd give a million stars if that were an option, I highly recommend Mr Moore to anyone needing criminal representation.
This man is a joke. I was facing 3 domestic violence charges after I was falsely arrested. I called the cops after being jumped by 3 family members with my children inside the house. Me and my husband don’t even yell in front of children and they were traumatized my 4 year old thought his uncle killed me! He kept telling my husband “uncle took his shirt off and killed mom.” He had to receive counseling due to the trauma. I obviously fought my way to safety and called the cops thinking they would help me get my 3 babies out of the home and help me leave. Instead they show up and the 3 very large people that jumped me obviously wrote witness statements collaborating eachothers stories stating, I was was just in there drugged out beating the hell out of these 3 huge people for no reason at all! On top of that I had just had surgery to have my tubes tied. I was prescribed oxys for pain But they were always taken responsibly! After released I was able to pass a drug test on the spot. On top of that it’s not like I was by any means in peak physical condition to even be doing what I was being accused of. On top of that Im the one who CALLED THEM THERE! 2 of the people who assaulted me were males one 6”2 , the other a woman who was 6”! The man who was 6”2 body slammed me causing me to black out at one point after he caught me attempting to call 911 while still in the home. The police show up and for whatever the idiotic reasoning I was the one arrested! I could hear one of the men who jumped me discussing mutual friends he had with the cop. I was a 23 year old full time college student, mother and wife. I was a officer in the FFA, Captain of my cheerleading team and graduated top of my class! I walked through what the jail refers to as “population”! With real criminals! Before that day I didn’t believe that innocent people went to jail. I thought if you were in jail it was your own fault for associating with the wrong crowd and acting up! I used to think cops were there to help. Now I know why people get nervous around officers! The justice system failed me! I get out and start searching for someone to hire to help me clear my name being at the time I was half way through my bachelors degree in healthcare administration and could not let this be on my record going into the health care field. An even better reason because I deserved justice! This man told me as I sat down with my Hispanic husband and started to discuss pay that due to the fact of my low income status and being with a Hispanic last name the judge wouldn’t look favorably on me and their was nothing he could do. I was told in this county the judge doesn’t like minorities or the poor and that he could try but my chances of success were minuscule. But he also boasted about what a great lawyer he was the entire time. How is someone so great at their job but couldn’t handle my case? Maybe he was trying to talk the pay up. While my extended family could have sent me the money required at the drop of a dime. I knew he didn’t care and wasn’t interested in fighting for me. I was willing to drop 8 grand on this man to take us to trial because I deserved justice and he treated me like I wasn’t worth his time or energy because I sat beside my Hispanic husband and didn’t have 3 grand in my pocket at the time. I’m happy I didn’t borrow that money and waste it on him! I got a court appointed lawyer, Michelle Latray and she got my case completely thrown in the trash no problem! I have nothing on my record! Zero! The whole thing went straight to the trash can it’s like it never happened! I dressed in my best clothes to look at the judge a total of 2 times after that it wasn’t even required to show my face. I didn’t even have to appear the day they tossed it into the trash can the proof was so sufficient. I’d like to say I graduate next year with my Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration with a minor in Educational psychology. With a GPA that’s deans list approved. I’m currently certified working in the nursing field! No help from this man. I wouldn’t refer him to a slug!
