We were extremely happy with David. He gets things done and doesn't back down.

David was wonderful at helping us with the final part of my sons divorce and then to help out when my sons former lawyer took us to court for payment. The other law firm started at small claims and was found against them. They then took it to the appellate court and it was sent back to the county to look at it again. The judge still found against the other law firm and they tried to file with the appellate court again. The appellate court let them have a verbal argument but the voted in our favor again. David is very professional and knows what he is doing. He is fair and I would highly recommend him. We were blessed to have found such an amazing lawyer that really cares about his client.

I personally witnessed in the background Mr Goetz completely fabricate information. This was not any surprise to me as I then went into his background and found cases against him in relation to their children. The failure to disclose pending litigation on accusations on children is serious enough yet this man is being allowed by Will County Courthouse to still be a GAL with children!! He needs to be barred from law immediately . This is not one instance, this is many and all allege the same- falsifying reports for attorneys for net gain . This falls under RICO which is a federal crime. What was stated in front of a client and caught on camera audio was forced and changed in closed door courtrooms with an attorney recommending disciplinary action on another yet you were a GAL, you did NOT file an appearance as you were neutral or supposed to be. Change.org petition to remove the attorney from any contact with children as well as practicing anywhere. Disgraceful. Legal Malpractice is clearly evident through video , documents, witness, etc. Atand United and protect our Children!!!!!

I met David from his online videos. He seemed knowledgeable. About a year into my divorce I felt my ex would never sign the papers. So I took a chance on him. He's cheaper than the others I met, but with any lawyer cost is a relative term. My one complaint was that his hat reminded me of my first ex boyfriend. But overall I was satisfied with his services and I didn't have to max out all my credit cards.
