Bill was absolutely amazing during the whole process. He never made me feel like I was less of a person because of my bankruptcy, he was in fact the exact opposite, very supportive, compassionate and really listens. He explains things in a very clear manner and always made sure I knew exactly what was happening. Months after my case was closed I had a debtor email me. Bill answered the phone right away and knew exactly who I was, he had researched and spoke with them advising them the legal ramifications for them if they continued to contact me, all within a matter of a couples hours.
