David Ginsberg is a complete ConMan. This guy needs to be disbarred immediately. His law office is a complete scam operation they will take your money and never answer the phone be very are of this place. For anybody with the same experience I highly recommend filing a claim with the Florida bar who will give you an immediate refund and make him jump through hoops the way we have to. Furthermore anybody who works for him is completely Dishonest and as much of a joke as he is

Please beware of this firm!!! I hired David Ginzberg to represent me in a relocation case, first they never truly listened to what I as a client needed, Every time I called the firm I was never able to speak to a person in the office, left numerous messages with no call backs, when time came to go to mediation Mr. Ginzberg did not know who i was, mistook someone else for me! In the mediation room Mr. Ginzberg was on his phone watching videos, and not at all concerned with my case, asking me what i wanted to do! Makes you wonder what he truly learned in law school!!! Did not even try and fight for me! I feel he basically took my money and ran! Had this firm truly listened to what I as a client wanted to accomplish, I dont think they would have taken my case! I am completely disgusted with the way that my case, my situation was handled!!!! And this is a short version of what i went through, So like i said in the beginning of my post, Beware If you are even thinking to hire David Ginzberg to represent you!!!
