Mr. Read is unprofessional, his staff Is incompetent. I read prior reviews that were negative, Read claimed not to know the client’s. Sorry I believed him. His work ethic and attention to detail is a 1 star at best. I hired a new attorney after Read. Check the Utah ABA for referrals that offer free consultation. He’ll likely claim not to know my name as well.

If it was possible to give a zero to David, I would!! During the most painful time in my life he took $5,000 to do absolutely nothing for my case. I had to call him to see what was going on with my divorce. He was very unprofessional, and even emailed me paperwork that belong to other clients !!! Stay away from this place!!!!

David Read is the perfect attorney if you're looking to outspend your opponent. He's a fine contributor to the toxic institution of no-fault divorce that has contaminated the social fabric of this country. If you're feeling spiteful and want to use your children as pawns to hurt your ex, he's there for you. He won't waste even a millisecond of your precious time thinking about their welfare, guaranteed.

David Read and his office staff were wonderful to work with. They helped me and my father work through his divorce as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Do NOT go here!!!! Hire an attorney that has the experience. Olivia is a nice lady but she did not show up to my first hearing and had someone else represent me that had no idea on what’s going on when the judge ask him a questions. On my second (webex)hearing Olivia’s laptop died and was not prepared. My new attorney requested the audio tapes from the hearing. Olivia did not go through evidence.
