When faced with a situation that required defense representation, my family member was fortunate to have Dawn recommended. Resolution of the issue was delayed by the effects of COVID shutdown. She provided expert, timely attention, giving update data throughout what turned out to be several months. Her research, strategy, and willingness to keep the client involved and able to participate was absolutely wonderful. Words are not available to thank her for the excellent representation. This woman is very rude. I called her to let her know what was going on about my case like the bailiff told me and she basically told me “not to contact her anymore “.she would not let me talk and explain to her what was going on she told me not to contact her anymore , and she hung up in my face, what a rude attorney you do not do that to your clients. I am so glad that I did not hire her as she was a court appointed She even gave my paid lawyer that I had retained a hard time because she was taken off of my cases except one that I did not know of until the last minute I do not recommend this lawyer to anybody. She also remind me of how many Felonies I have basically judging me and she said that “this is not my first rodeo“ ????no thank you Ms.Hedlund I did not need you to remind me of how many Felonies I have once again I do not recommend her to anybody!!

For those of you reading the reviews left by people who are complaining about me being rude. These are individuals who are either not my clients and demanding to know about the case, which violates attorney/client privilege OR they are clients who never bother to show up to court, do not keep in communication with me regularly to know what's going on with their case and who call me on late at night or outside of business hours demanding my attention. Clients who work WITH me on their cases and are invested in the outcome have given me GREAT reviews. Most of those are done on AVVO. I am very attentive to my clients and am known for working hard for them and securing fabulous outcomes. Just check out my reviews on AVVO. Google gives no one a chance to answer these reviews or to flag them as insincere or inflammatory with no basis.

I am very proud of Dawn. I faced odds you wouldn't believe. While I won't get into the details I was in a big mess. She navigated those waters and tirelessly worked on my behalf. I got a favorable outcome that most will say was impossible. I am not proud of her because of the outcome - I am proud because she stood up there and fought for me, in a day where most just accept an offer - She was a true soldier - you should have seen her fight on my behalf. I do and will recommend her.

Exceptionally attentive and informative - answered my questions and calmed my fears while making sure I understood what was to happen. I would recommend her without hesitation.
