Best attorney ever!! He did everything he said he would and some!!

I was referred to Dennis Smejkal when I called a personal injury attorney for help. I had a workers comp case and the attorney that I had hired to handel my case was absolutely terrible, and I am so so glad I took the chance on asking Mr. Smejkal to help me and take my case as my new attorney. My old attorney never even once met me in person, but Dennis Smejkal drove from Orlando on his own time and met me in person in Palm Bay at a law firm where he sat with me in a conference room and really listened and examined my situation before deciding he was willing to help me. I could tell he was intelligent and ethical and really seemed to take pride in his obviouse good moral and helping those who are needing proper legal aid. I felt so lucky and relieved from day 1 that Dennis Smejkal took on my case, he didnt have to, he could have thought it wasnt $ worth it for him, but he went so much more beyond the $ aspect of it and seemed to really care about the ethics behind his profession and THAT is hard to come by in the realm of finding a good attorney, in my opinion at least. I know theres many great attorneys but after my terrible experience with one of Florida's supposed great law firms, Ive seen there are many snakes as well and Mr. Smejkal truly saved my case. He was able to obtain me backpay after my payments had unfairly stopped, get me scheduled back in with a spine doctor like I had been wanting, as well as obtain a final settlement that was double what my old "attorney" had been trying to push on me. Mr. Smejkal didnt have to take my case but he did and I am so greatful to him. He is a good man and a super attorney and his knowledge, skills, experience and impeccable record truly reflect my awesome experience with him as his client. I would reccomend Dennis Smejkal to anyone and everyone I ever meet that needs a fire attorney. I will also always look to him in the future should I ever need an attorney for reasons that fall under his area of practice.
