We had previously engaged Ms. Pesner's assistance in concluding an out-of-state house purchase and our experience was satisfactory. We then engaged her firm to assist with the private sale of a property to a family member. While the end result of the property sale was finally completed, I found the process frustrating due to the notable lack of responsiveness on the part of her firm to questions we had. Moreover, as part of the sale process, we engaged Ms. Pesner to complete related paperwork regarding the gift of property equity to our family member. She accepted a down payment for this work, but never completed it. As soon as the property transaction was complete, she and other members of the firm simply stopped communicating with us without explanation. We found the behavior decidedly unprofessional and would NOT engage her for any work in the future nor recommend her to others.

Our builder passed away leaving us with an unfinished home and several unpaid contractors. Susan did a wonderful job of keeping us calm and helping us navigate through the process of resolving all of the liens and closing on our permanent financing. She is a steady hand and her integrity is above question.

Susan was wonderfully helpful, pleasant, and professional at handling all the issues that made closing the sale of our house more complicated than is typical. That Included a potential delay on the part of an IRS matter, which is always the most likely to be the problem that slows a closing down. She was very concerned about making sure it would happen on time, and she managed to get it done--on time, which as anyone dealing with an unwieldy bureaucracy knows, is no small feat. I highly recommend her.

GHOSTED BY SUSAN PESNER. I found my partner of 10 years dead in our home. Ms. Pesner lead me to believe she would represent me in a case against his family. I found out from the Court months after the case closed, she NEVER file any action on my behalf. She refused to take my calls, or answer any email messages, but she kept all of my personal belongings related to the case until I filed a Complaint against her at the VA State BAR. SHE IS AN EVIL WOMAN WITH NO MORALS.
