Please look for another lawyer, waste of time and money, will charge you to hear him talk about miniscule things not regarding your case and his corny jokes. I'm sorry for people that hire him. Had to even tell the judge I hired the wrong lawyer. N he also surprises you with extra charges out of the blue,plz find someone else, he wants to throw numbers, if you do hire him just know he'll mislead what he can do,do your due diligence and look somewhere else mr Smith is nothing but a crook and an embarrassing part of my battle for my daughter and nothing else. This is my perspective. If you care about your kids plz think twice. This isn't malice, but genuine concern on whoever hires this comedian as a lawyer.

Run from this Donald Smith and paralegal Susie, they don't do anything for you they don't file on time to the courts but are quick to take your money and won't do a thing. I was in the office twice they no one come in at all.

Called the office several times. Assistance said Mr. Smith will call back. Never did. When I finally make contact with Mr. Smith he insults me and did not give me all the information I needed. I'm definitely angry while making this review

I payed this guy to represent me and he sat there and let me fall, then tried to fire himself to keep the rest of my money. Worst attorney

Absolutely do NOT use this Law Office. The Law Office of Douglas C. Smith had me invest thousands as a retainer in February, and has had poor communication with me and absolutely zero communication with the Oklahoma court my case originated out of. I entrusted Mr. Smith with the safety and future of my children, as well as my peace of mind. According to the El Paso County website, my case was set for dismissal at 0830 this morning due to lack of movement. I am absolutely floored that this happened.
