I've had my fair share of experiences with attorneys and the judicial system... This was by far the most pleasant experience I've had with an attorney and his staff. Shelly (his office manager/assistant) and Gary are my favorite! I was charged with DUI in June of 2020. The circumstances of the arrest led Gary to believe that we could win the case, so for a nominal fee, I hired him to fight this as hard as he could. After numerous phone calls/texts, an in person meeting and multiple court dates... we had a very strong case against Jefferson County. In the end, we "won" the case and I pled to an "Open Container" violation resulting in a $100 fine and roughly $80 in court costs. I would have been facing a minimum of 10 days, $10,000 in misc. fees/classes and other bologna. This was well worth the money I paid him.
